      1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

      • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
      • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
      • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

      2. Return & Exchange Process

      • Contact our customer support at support@dyzir.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
      • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

      3. Condition of Returned Items

      • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
      • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

      4. Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
      • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

      5. Non-Returnable Items

      • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

      8. International Returns
